Please note that menu items may be substituted in any buffet to meet your taste or needs (additional cost may apply).

The freshest ingredients available will be used, and these bountiful, lovingly prepared, and mouthwatering dishes will be presented elegantly and beautifully on buffet-style service with staff in attendance if requested (an applicable 20% catering service charge will be added to the final bill). Buffets can also be ordered as a delivery/set-up ($15 applicable fee city limits. Outside city limits its $1.00 per mile) or as a Drop-off-Set-up with disposable chaffers ($10 per chaffer unit needed). We know that you and your guests will be impressed with both the food and the service. Prices are per person, and include all necessary high quality disposable paper/plastic products. China is available with additional service fee.

If we need to provide linen service there is an additional fee of $8.50-$10.50 per linen.  There is an applicable 6% state sales tax for food that will be added to the final bill.  A final guest count is needed five (5) days prior to the event, and your final bill is due the day of the event unless other arrangements are made prior to that date. We accept cash, credit/debit or you can send money to ChefLisaH@outlook.com via Paypal.

If you choose our services, we will reserve the date for your event as soon as we receive the required deposit (this is generally about one-third of the expected total).
